predattak
I'm not sure if this is intended , not finished or a bug; Cloud altitude cannot be changed. No matter how low you set the cloud altitude in the static weather panel, the clouds will always appear at about 4000 meters. However, if you set the cloud density to 9 or 10 (cloud cover) the altitude function works and the cloud cover appears at the altitude you want. Sorry if it was reported , i searched the forums as best i could before posting and i could not find any postings about this. ( i'm not sure to what section i should post this so sorry if i posted in the wrong section) Edited September 18, 2016 by predattak
Ktulu2
Well funny thing : for me, in 1.5 all's good. In 2.0 though, I set clouds at 200m and had them at 3000m... (density of 5) I do DCS videos on youtube : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAs8VxtXRJHZLnKS4mKunnQ?view_as=public

esequiel
Same bug for me, When i chose cloud density below 9. The cloud altitude is not correct. If i set the cloud to 1000 feet, they appears at +- 6000. If i set 10000 feet they appears at 15000 +-. So there is 5000 feet of error. In 2.0 alpha same bug but with different altitude... If i set the density to 9 or 10. The clouds are corrects...
