TCP and UDP settings for DCS OB 2.5??

Do I have to add another set of protocols to my router for DCS OB to join the multiplayer servers?

Not AFAIK, Release and Open Beta are parallel installs (some times of the same version). Unless specially configured they'll use the same ports.

IIRC I didn't configure my UPnP router until I wanted to Host coop missions and needed to forward TCP and UDP on port 10308.

An old post, but I think it's still valid https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1999319&postcount=2

There is nothing to add or configure on a standard home-user DSL or Cable Router if all you want is playing as a Client.

Only if you want to host a mission, aka run a public server, you need to forward port 10308 on both IP protocols, tcp & udp. If you dont host a server you dont need this at all.

The link above mentions all protocols and ports DCS uses, outbound and inbound. If you need that, you likely know your way around.
