I want to a approach a waypoint from a pre planned direction and i dont know how to achieve this by instrumental flight. Robert31178
You have to set it in the nav computer, then set your heading line source to "wpt" for the artificial horizon heading line. You can actually plan a route in the computer, I do it sometimes to see how it goes for me since the Gazelle doesn't fly a straight line very well. If you need more detailed instructions I will happily post them for you! ~Rob
Riverseeker
First of all thank for your answer. So i need to always plan at least 2 wpt, the first is the ingress that has the right heading to the second (which is the target :D ) kk 200m butterflier inside :harhar: MERLO forever
Robert31178
yeah, you just punch in a start WPT so you can return home, then select #2 and put in your IP, then in slot #3 you put in the attack WPT. they get entered as lat/long - degrees, minutes, tenths of minutes, 40-21.3'N for example. Once you have them in all you have to do is punch the corresponding number on the number pad to home on it. Lemme know if this works for you. ~Rob
