They are still having lots of problems with it. The propulsion and the catapult systems.

 

EDIT: in the article they forgot the japanese recently built their own vessel as well. I dont know why they mention the british helicopter carrier and not the japanese one which is bigger.

The Japanese are currently building their first helicopter carrier of the new class (2 planned), which will be longer than the British Invincible class aircraft carriers and will weight almost as much. There are some opinions stated that it is so big that can be restructured to be able to carry fighter jets.

There is a portion of the video that shows the F-22 mounted on pedestals for testing. I learned today that this is how they check the RCS of the aircraft, and they test each aircraft before it ships. Not a single one has failed in the last 100 ships.

Found this on Youtube... Watch this in HD. Notice how fast the canopy is dry! Notice too the second 'aggressor' style Navy F/A-18.
