Refund

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. But is it possible to get a refund on (the pre-purchase of) this product (and the PG map)? If so, what is the process?

Well, I've raised a ticket with support. On their FAQs it states:

 

 

According to End-User License Agreement

5. All charges incurred when purchasing download DCS products from the DCS Store are not refundable or can be exchanged in whole or in part, regardless of the payment method.

 

I hope that since they're pre-purchase I can get a refund.

That statement you have quoted states clearly that you cannot get a refund. However, as you have not as yet downloaded anything, I am sure they'll be willing to do as you ask.

 

As they haven't yet delivered, then the purchase hasn't been completed.
