Will these specs run DCS World at or very near max settings?

 

Processor: Intel i7-9750H Six Core Processor (12MB Cache, 2.6MHz-4.5GHz) 45W

RAM: 32GB DDR4 2666MHz | Hard Drive: 1TB NVMe Solid State Drive + 1TB 5400rpm Hard Disk Drive

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB GDDR6 | Display: 17.3" Full HD 240Hz 3ms Display (1920 x 1080)

Keyboard: ASUS AURA SYNC Customizable RGB Gaming Keyboard | Operating System: Windows 10 Home x64

32GB RAM / 1TB NVMe SSD / 1TB HDD ?

Possibly, not quite at max but you could go reasonably high (no super-expensive shadows and AA settings) at 1080p, maybe even 1440. Especially if you are looking at running the stable version 2.5.5. If you are aiming for 2.5.6, well that's a different story. I have 9700k@5GHz, 32 GB RAM and 2080ti and sometimes I'm in the 30s (at 1440p)
