memoric
The video about the base looks very promising! Altought the f18 grip in the picture looks "dull". No red coloured Weapons release button and no labeled trim button. Is this the final product? Or will it be with additional red colour at the end? Very cool! Thank you. Waxer
Excellent video on your joystick base: very interesting to see the design iterations you have gone through. It is almost as if you have made some of the same design choices made by Virpil and VKB in V.2 and then said... "Nah. Just not good enough!" V.3 looks state of the art for high end consumer level products. Very well done. Please would you give some additional information about your grip? Specifically: what design choices have you made with the functional buttons on the grip? Have you chosen Mil-Spec switches, high-end commercial switches or what? Also what are the internals like to the grip... how are switches mounted, glue, screws or what? How is the grip secured to the base: is it sufficiently robust... what were your design choices for this? Also the electronic interface between grip and base looks very interesting. (Sorry... I am an engineer... these details interest me!) Great to see your website sorted out now with https encryption. Hyped to be on the pre-order. Supmua
The Virpil set costs 770 Euro or $870 (Throttle, CM2 grip, T50 base), so at $799 this is pretty competitive and seems like a much better deal considering the materials used. We might see price reduction from competitions soon. I'm not digging the logos and wish that they could be a lot smaller or more subtle, but the overall construction seems pretty solid. Mars Exulte
Well. That's a very interesting video. Impressive the amount of effort you put into troubleshooting the design and creating a mechanically perfect unit. I'm very picky about such things and am willing to pay top price for 'the best'. I'll be watching developments here closely. For reference, I have a VKB Gunfighter II Pro with full extension, and Virpil T50 throttle imo the current ''best'' units in their respective categories. RustBelt
I think it's a super great looking Gimbal, but some of the people asking for just the Super Taurus are doing so because we run FFB, once you do that you really can't go back to a spring centered stick. With the Cessna and Diamond FTD's you also make you have FFB (Dynamic Control Loading) in the Yoke/Stick. THAT would be a definite sale if the price could be right. None of the other "big names" are ready to step up with a FFB stick yet.

In another note, I'm really looking forward to your products. Was planning on preordering the hotas... Weasel
Hello Winwing I am really excited and looking forward to your F/A-18 Hotas system. But I have some questions: Preorder starts tomorrow (July 5th) and ends before the launch event (between Aug 15-30). Does that mean the pre order window ends before we get the firsts reviews and videos from the testers? What about the shipping fees to Switzerland? Switzerland is not part of the EU. Normally we will have to pay less fees. Your Hornet Hotas comes with a prestart panel. When comes the takeoff panel? Are there any other panels (UFC, DDIs, Master Arm Switch, HUD switches etc) planned?
