NS430 Turorial videos

Seems to be a shortage of vids and no dedicated thread for them yet so here goes.

Here is a pretty good one - for X-Plane 11 unit, but principles are the same and covers the most useful options. Disregard radio stuff at the start, but could be handy later when they get implemented in DCS.

This one for the DCS module - how to input user waypoints using coordinates.

This one courtesy of Ramsay in another thread. Short vid for DCS module, but shows how to set up custom data fields which is handy.

This in another post but would be handy to be in here so all useful info together in one place.

Also found out that Garmin offer a free trainer program that is handy to play about with, without having to go into the sim. I found it handy so here is the link if you want to have a look.

This one 2 years old but gives good overview of DCS unit and what is\isn't functional on the unit.

A good point of note is that the "OBS" button in the DCS module is simply used to suspend automatic waypoint switching whereas in the real world it would give you a proper OBS function.
