DCS : F4U-1 Corsair

There is a hidden message embedded on the canopy bow that reveals the date. It reads “Enclosure RELEASE”, that’s just a distraction. There is a definite coded message superimposed. 

All of you cryptographers out there, get to work on it. 

28...I can't remeber the Corsair have this kind of marking...so could be 28 November the release?

I cannot wait to see this cockpit in VR, it will be amazing.

Don't get me dreaming, the disappointment will be too big.

But I would be perfectly happy if it was pre-order from the 28th. Just knowing we're actually getting it while I'm still able to do flightaimming.

Let's hope so. That are exactly the kind of hints and riddles I would expect from Magnitude.

Maybe it's a count down. On the photos above the marking is 29. Let's see if that keeps up with 27 etc...

Edit: Then again, if those are from June, maybe not...

I think the 28 means its coming in 2028

Sorry to burst the bubble, but I'll just remind that all WIP screens posted within last 2 years had "26", "28" or "29" painted on that thing, so I wouldn't read too much into it.

The "news soon" comment, however, is very welcomed.

It’s not the number it is the font, that wasn’t used by the navy as far as I am aware and completely different from any that M3 have shown previously.

Edit: I don’t believe we have seen a 28 before either just 26 and 29.

I hope this news is good, I hope there will be a release date but I think not.

No! If you squint just right, you can see a hidden message in dark characters of some sort over the red. It’s coded, and needs deciphering. Please help!

OMG guys....lol.....It's just a number I used from my USMC MOS number of 2834.  Don't go down the rabbit hole and start a hype train.

But that font style is correct for VBF-10 during their CV11 tour.

Aha! That's it! We have to find out when VBF-10 left on their CV11 tour! That's got to be the release date!

(Then again, some of us might be trolling a few dramatic blokes here who have been predicting doom for years, and understand that it'll be ready when it's ready)

I just read the news they look pretty good they seem to be very well advanced on the corsair.

Good update, gives detailed view of their progress and what seems to be left.

heres to hoping for a thanksgiving release date and can finally enjoy a Corsair for a change.
