Flying over a flat terrain with no features in a flight sim - gives no sense of speed. The more details you have - the better and realistic the sense of speed is. I hope there could be more terrain features and details implemented for that, balancing performance of course, since the sense of speed in DCS lacks , allot. just saying... I use this on the 104th server everytime I fly, do not run any missions beforehand or anything like that, just start DCS and immediately join the server and it should work just fine. Mustang Posted November 5, 2020 Author Share Posted November 5, 2020 First post updated, I have had to include a newer terrainoptions41.lua that works with the newer openbeta builds of DCS World, the older inner workings of this file were causing FPS issues and this appears to solve the problem - if you are on the current release build or any older version of DCS World I would advise against using this mod for now until it is known how it might affect it. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
