matbog
Hi all! After taking some photos and measurments on the real thing and modeling on Onshape (see here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=167586) I start the building. I have a thread on Check Six (http://www.checksix-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=286&t=170180) so I will just post some photos here without long explanations. But if you want to ask some questions don't hesitate!! These are monstruous machines!!!! you are welcome, it will be with pleasure and easily doable by me.... if you are planning to do some console panel, it can be usefull. And yes, those machines are impressive when they are at work! It's one of my dream to built a full cockpit like yours, sadly my house is too small right now to do this....not to mention my wife will certainly kill me before i reach my goal :D
matbog
Yes the most complicated in this hobby is to convice your wife...or to be so insistent that she capitulates :music_whistling: Until beginning of this year I was in an apartement and I design my pit to be less bulky as possible. It was installed in the leaving room but....yes it is not ideal. You can see the entire thing following the link you'll find in the first post.
