Hippo Posted June 25, 2018 Share Posted June 25, 2018 I have looked at these in the NATOPS and remain confused: Is one is an upgrade of the other, so you only ever get on or the other on one aircraft? Is one a backup of the other, so you get both on the same aircraft? From the NATOPS both apparently can be accessed from the HSI - DATA - A/C page. The GPWS option is reached by pressing MENU, HSI, DATA, A/C The TAWS option is reached, by pressing MENU-HSI-DATA-A/COn our F-18 the TAWS option is available in the A/C page, but there is no GPWS option. ??
