There has been nothing to indicate the AI Intruder will be released along with the F-14B. I wouldn’t expect it until later in the EA window along with the Forrestal. A huge amount of what the Prowler does isn't simulated by DCS and would need to be handled by mission triggers rather than direct player input. No. A Prowler is not possible in DCS. They would have to revamp the entire radar system in game and I doubt that would be an easy task.
