fjacobsen
Is it possible to change the range on the MFD radar page when a target is locked ?. Seems the range change arrows are removed once a target has been locked. If not, then I would expect the range to automatically change as the target gets closer or moves away. i7-10700K 3.8-5.1Ghz, 32GB RAM, RTX 4070 12GB, 1 x 1 TB SSD, 2 x 2TB SSD2 TB, 1 x 2 TBHDD 7200 RPM, Win10 Home 64bit, Meta Quest 3. That‘s exactly what happens in real life in STT. Target stays in the 40-90% area of the tactical radar display. WIP indeed.
beppe_goodoldrebel
It doesnt even make sense when in STT. I think we will see something when TWS will be introduced.

fjacobsen
STT is mandatory for the AIM-7, while TWS can be used with the AIM-120. i7-10700K 3.8-5.1Ghz, 32GB RAM, RTX 4070 12GB, 1 x 1 TB SSD, 2 x 2TB SSD2 TB, 1 x 2 TBHDD 7200 RPM, Win10 Home 64bit, Meta Quest 3. Eldur
I can't change the radar range as well without target locked since without a lock it automatically jumps into FLOOD or VISUAL mode which I can't switch off by uncaging unless I have something locked and that ACM is boxed. As soon as I untick that, I have control again.
IvanK
STT is mandatory for the AIM-7, while TWS can be used with the AIM-120. You can attempt an AIM 7 launch in TWS on the L&S target. Radar will attempt to go STT on trigger press.
