Lucky
What's with the non standard USB cable Virpil uses on their CM2 base. Why not a standard USB cable you can buy almost anywhere. I hope it doesn't ever break because I'd hate to have to wait for them to send a replacement. Lucky
my question is: What type of cable do they use? no mention of it anywhere. and by the way How long is that cable ? i am expecting my Virpil Joystick and hope that this will be long enough The cable is standard USB on one end and a proprietary connector on the other that plugs into the base. As far length, i’m not home to measure but I would say 5 feet maybe 6. -Dagger-
You can also make your own cables if you want. The connector is called "XS9" (be sure to buy the one with 5 pins as it's sometimes called XS9-5). You can get it on ebay or aliexpress Edited May 15, 2020 by -Dagger-
