nscode
Is it me, or does the forum not update a thread's icon when it's closed? Never forget that World War III was not Cold for most of us.

SuperKungFu
Well lets take the latest example which is the BS available to order thread Since the creator of that thread put a smiley in the title, that is shown instead of a lock symbol. Edit: now that I checked some other lock threads (ones that doesn't have an expression like smileys in the title), and the lock symbol doesn't appear beside the thread either for example this thread http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=26246&highlight=lock+thread Edited September 9, 2008 by SuperKungFu [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
RedTiger
I thought I was the only one that noticed. Locked threads on these boards do not seem to have a padlock on them like you would expect.

Alfa
We already did Matthias :) . There are multiple symbols for open threads and the problem is that the forum system wants a "closed" alternative for each of them - which there is, but it is just nearly impossible to tell them from the open thread symbols. I made an alternative closed thread symbol(folder with a red cross over it), which shows for one thread type, but not for the others. So I think it is just a matter of copying this and name the copies for the varies closed thread symbols and then replace the current ones.
