JazonXD
I just saw the email of the sales going on right now, up to 50% on modules which start from 1500 GMT to Jan 11 1900 GMT. At the time of posting this, it is 1420 EST and I still do not see the discounts on the modules. I clicked the linked pictures within the emails and also the link that the "Official updates" forum post to which leads me to the ED E-shop, but I still do not see any prices discounted. Is this a bug or am I not going to right place...etc.? Thanks. AMD 5600X -- Gigabyte RTX 3070 Vision -- 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 -- HP Reverb G2 -- Logitech 3D Extreme Pro -- Thrustmaster TWCS BRRRT! Fri13
You need to use bonus points to get up to 50% off. How does even the whole bonus point system work? As previously it was easy when it was "-X% sale" and you got it straight away. And now it seems that you get bonus dollars per module you buy, but the bonus dollars are not available for the purchace that you are just doing, but are only usable later on for "next sale". Like example now Mirage 2000C has bonus points of $12. Add it to basket, go to checkout and it has full price. ? Does that $12 go to your account after the purchase, and then you can use it for next purchase? i7-8700k, 32GB 2666Mhz DDR4, 2x 2080S SLI 8GB, Oculus Rift S. i7-8700k, 16GB 2666Mhz DDR4, 1080Ti 11GB, 27" 4K, 65" HDR 4K. I purchased A-10C back in November 2015 when it was off at 40% and I remember getting a bonus $8 from it. However, I just checked my site profile and under history, it said that I had no bonuses... JazonXD
On your profile page it doesnt list any bonus money? https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/personal/order/ It doesn't... it says no bonuses. I just really want to make sure that I am SUPPOSED to not have any money, otherwise, I don't have the money that I should have. You can submit a support ticket, support will be back from holidays next week though, so I might be a little late. You said that you bought it on sale, possible the bonus isnt valid for sale items, but I am not sure what happened. Rangi
Bonus points expire after a certain amount of time, eg. In my dcs profile it says I have $12 and "bonus will expire: 19/09/2016“. I am not sure how the expiry date is worked out as if it was a set amount of time wouldn't only some of the bonus points expire, not all at once? Maybe if you make a purchase it extends the bonus points expiry for all points? Edit, found rules: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/bonus_rules/ Edited January 10, 2016 by Rangi found link PC: 6600K @ 4.5 GHz, 12GB RAM, GTX 970, 32" 2K monitor.
