Yeah, very nice but the diameter of the flame rings should be adjusted to the shape of the texture of the afterburner cone.

Shockwave rings are too small. Re-heat rings look too big. Unfortunately.

Werewolf, the Shockwave afterburner does not look as advertised for me ;)

The top left image attached is what I'm assuming its supposed to look like. The other two on top are what the Shockwave mod looks like for me.

The bottom 3 are vanilla, which I can't even tell the difference from the mod when looking at the plane from the side.

Is this an issue on my end? Or is it supposed to look like this?

Thanks

Hi MRaza, I have stopped supporting and updating the mod as it no longer passes IC with ED's new system. I don't know if the mod currently works with the latest version sorry, try changing the time of day to dusk/night and see if you notice a difference.

Thanks I'll try that. And yeah, the ICs really suck

So are you guys saying this mod does not work anymore?

Correct, as is, it will not function in the new DCS Builds.

Update:

Shockwave and Ghost Blue both work in 1.5.7. The afterburners are barely visible in the daytime, with or without the mods. I guess that's a bit realistic, as on Google Images I see that afterburners during daytime look a lot weaker than during nighttime.

These two mods work just fine during nighttime, though.

yes but are they working in 1.5.8

Not sure. You can try them out or wait till the patch merges. Personally I deleted both mods because you can't tell the difference during daytime, and at night time I liked the vanilla afterburner better than ghost blue and shockwave
