Formation and communication

DCS framework is currently built around the 4-ship flight. As I asumme most of you know, squadrons in WW2 regularly flew in larger formations, at least squadron size- for bombers- well, you know- much bigger.

When flying multiplayer this is not a big issue, but it is when flying solo and when flying against AI opponents.

Are there plans to include this type of formation set-up?

Also- will the Spitfire and later WW2 releases have realistic voices for the period (Like the brilliant German radio mod) or will the feature the generic radio available to western aircraft?

You could set multiple Formations to the same waypoint or let multiple Flights follow one, but you can put for example 20 in one flight

"Follow" with an appropriate distance set works pretty well, and also gets around some of the issues that come with 'flights' tending to engage one at a time.

Will the following flight carry out ther obejctives? Engage E/A, bomb targets, reform with lead flight etc?

I assume this can all be scriptet or some such wizardry- I just want to learn a quick and effiecient way of setting up missions on a squadron level.
