Shimmering - Cockpit when moving

Hi,

When I am in the cockpit, if I just move the rudder pedals, I get a lot of shimmering on the shadows and lines in the distance shimmer and flicker to.

Using TrackIR makes the problem extreme to the point where I do not use TrackIR anymore.

I do not have this problem with other games.

I totally removed and added my NVidia Game drivers.

This is a brand new PC. So would love the graphics to be perfect.
