Spawn AI aircraft upon Ammo Dump destruction?

I'm trying to make a group of AI planes spawn and fly a CAP after an ammo dump has been destroyed. I've been trying to set up a trigger for it but have never used triggers before. I am assuming this is really easy to do.

Is this something I should watch trigger tutorial videos on youtube for or would this be more a MIST or Moose thing?

I think I figured it out. I will test it out.
