X-52 Vs Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS

Recommended Posts

Noticed a lot of people using the Thrustmaster, I'm using a x-52 atm, could probably sell this for the price of a new TH.

Pros and cons anyone?

Thx in advance

I made the switch last year. I miss the x52 layout but the t1600 is way more accurate. I mainly switched because my x52 was very old and none of the rotaries were working any more and the joystick had a huge dead zone and calibration problem. I’d have to unplug it regularly to recenter it. I also wanted pedals and the t1600 came with them in the package I got. The x52 felt more comfortable in button placement though and I miss the 2 stage trigger. The thrust master throttle has more buttons (3 hat switches) but less axis (rotaries). If I could have found a way to fix the x52 (new pots and hall sensor mod) then I might prefer it a bit more, but I really like the spring feels of the t1600 and it’s made me a better sim pilot.
