Floodlights Dial & a Floodlight

The Floodlight Dial seems to be glitched a bit. When you first 'grasp' it --mouse pointer over dial - left-click and hold-- it works normally; push mouse up = dial turns clockwise, pull mouse down = turn dial counter-clockwise.

Once you release the dial, when your return to it it sometimes starts to work weirdly. You 'grasp' the dial and start to push up and the dial starts to turn clockwise, but then suddenly starts turning counter-clockwise, then wont turn the dial at all, unless you push the mouse left or right.

Also, the floodlight directly over the BAT switch appears only to turn on if you lean in towards it. If you lean back out, it goes out, like you could only see the light within a certain radius.
