If not then I'd say somewhere between November 28th and December 1st. But speculating on these things is really a waste of time, it'll happen when it happens. I assume that Nov. 17th is too aggressive to consider "end" of November, so my guess is November 24th. I wouldn't be shocked if they decided to do it on Dec 1st though.
