That interview was based on a show pilots view of an aircraft configured for joy rides. Yo-Yo has already talked to Klaus Plasa about this and confirmed ED's FM. Next time ask him if he has ever put his 109 in a high speed dive like you might find in combat. From what plane has confirmed Klaus Plasa that the ED FM is correct? That I know Plasa and Bau fly the same plane, therefore the opinion of Bau is valid. And remember, the cruising speed is the same for the plane ride as for the fighter, and the weight distribution also, so zero trim for cruise. ED Team NineLine Posted February 14, 2017 ED Team Share Posted February 14, 2017 The point isnt the cruise speed, the point is trimming the aircraft for all moments during combat, your questions in that interview were to support one persons narrative and misunderstanding of the issues. Yo-Yo asked questions to both show pilots and combat pilots, based on combat flights. If you want a show plane, you are looking at the wrong sim.
