Sorry for the absence online as my wife and i had our first child. Yep that will steal 99% of your spare-time. For those who asked, I managed to pull the information together for the Keyboard maps from many various sources. Now that a few have asked my happy to update them if someone would like to comment on the pdf then email or PM me. This would take some time, a change to the layout would be required as there are cases where there are 9 bindings to a single key with the mustang.
