Landing on Italian Cavour is like ice skating

Not really a problem. I notice that on some ships, mod Cavour especially, and Hermes mods. Landing on vessels steaming faster then 15 knots, is like skating. Normal operating speed is between 15-20 knots for aviation. Approach and t/d is OK, but once on deck, the helicopter really slides around, with high anti-torque rotor effectiveness. That is with collective at zero. LIke helicopter is sitting on wet ice. You have to hold in place using cyclic and pedals until engine spools down and rotor RPM drops below idle.

No such problem on Stennis, Tarawa, AEGIS cruiser, and OHP. UH-1H, and KA-50 has no such problems on mod vessels. But those are heavier helicopters.
