As i remember on the "factory" eagle model the exhaust and intake nozzles worked together/syntonized. Seems like the engine inlet nozzle/intake door (has a '"nodding" geometry) is not working correctly yet - lowest position on all sreenshot :( It must be fully opened when the afterburner is working.
