CBStu Posted March 10, 2019 Share Posted March 10, 2019 I am about a 4 month newbie and am slowly getting better at carrier approaches. I am very happy w/ the Gladiator w/ the one exception- the throttle action. I glued on an extension so I could hopefully get finer adjustments which helped some. VKB is working on a throttle unit but who knows when it will be available. So I wonder if a Warthog throttle would help. Can it be used w/ the Gladiator? Any other options I haven't come across? smallberries Posted March 10, 2019 Share Posted March 10, 2019 There is no reason why you can't use a WH throttle with a VKB stick. I am currently using a WH grip mounted on a VKB gunfighter base, with a WH throttle, for instance. The WH throttle is generally very good, with the exception of the slew control which is universally despised.
