So what happened was I just bought and downloaded the f-16, but when I was in game and tried to use it in an instant action mission it said that it couldn't save because I was on the wrong frequency. I tried restarting the game which didn't work and after that I deleted the dlc file completely. Steam is still saying that the F-16 is installed and I'm not sure how to fully uninstall it so I can re-install it which might fix my problem.
