Is there a mod out there, or some way to make them look better (darker)? Would it just be a case of editing some texture files? The Mustang mod did not help with the trees, btw. As of now, modders haven't found a way to edit Caucasus trees yet (Mustang's mod tweaks only LoDs for the most part), but with deferred shading becoming mandatory soon, that's what any future modding will concentrate on. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10. Turning Trees to the lowest setting just looks ridiculous as trees sprout out of the ground 0.5k away as you fly along.
