WindWpn
With the A-10C coming next, will DCS sit under a single core engine install? Specifically, will Ka-50 and A-10C share the same core and simply be some sort of directory module separation running on the same "updated" engine? I ask since with both FC2 and DCS BS installed on my rig, I am finding that most updates/mods "cross pollinate" for both core engines (especially with latest BS 1.0.2 update). Thus, with the same mod, I can install in DCS as well as FC2; though, I have to install them separately. As the DCS Series grows, I am wondering if we will see a single, regularly updated core, with the module packs "plugging into the core" or will we have the need to install separate cores with each DCS module, similar to how FC2 and DCS BS play on on the box now? If I want to install a "cloud fix" mod, will it need to be installed repetitively within each install or once in a shared core? Nate--IRL--
It is likely that they will be kept separate, if only to help with troubleshooting.
