My graphic card is GTX-1070, GPU-I5 4690, 16gb ddr3. May be I have to change my graphic drivers? Current driver is 448.87

Yes, you should definitely try updating your Nvidia driver.

Furthermore, it seems very rare that DCS is unable to detect one's graphics card. Is your motherboard equipped with a built-in graphics chip? If yes, you should ensure it is disabled in your BIOS (instead of Auto, you should have PCIE).

Yes my motherboard has build in video, I checked the bios settings and next to it there is PCI expres option enabled. Actually my motherboard is ASROCK Z97 Pro4.

P.S. After restarting an dissabling skype which automaticaly starts with windows10, the game starts normally. I dont know if the reason for this was the skype personally but evrything is normal now. Now I wil change my NV drivers an hope the matters will be better.
