DTOS/VIP

What are these bombing modes for dumb bombs? I assumed dive-toss and some sort of IP bombing, but can't ge them to do anything but work like regular CCIP when cross is solid. When cross is flashing pressing weapon release does nothing, nor does target designate

DTOS is not implemented yet, Put in a bug report on it, They won't get to it until they fix other bugs. No idea what VIP is.

VIP is most probably Visual Initial Point.

A method to define target position with a range and bearing from a visual overfly point or maybe a HUD designation. Once designated it probably mechanises like AUTO mode.

Given how the Jeff is meant to be comparable to and easily cross-trainable (yes it's a word, shush!) form the Viper, it doesn't seem unreasonable to glance at how VIP works in the F-16:

You select a range and bearing relative to a waypoint, and when that waypoint-VIP is selected, the steering cues take you to the waypoint but SPI:s are looking at the offset point — very handy if you're going to employ INS- or GPS-guided stand-off weapons. Then again it sounds like OAP already provides this functionality so the question remains if it's just a different way of accessing the same functionality or if it is its own thing entirely.

What is OAP?

It's one of the options available on the UFCP — the link explains the actual usage for it:

OAP is Offset Aim Point, it's the offset added into your current SPI.

if enabled, WCS is targeting coord SPI + OAP.

Could you please explain is the next idea will work for OAP?

I’m wanna make SPI (point 40) and quickly change aim point for WMD just enter bearing and distance using OAP on UFCP.

Negative, OAP does not change SPI, thus TGP will stay at where the SPI is, only the weapon aiming point will change by OAP.
