Help me understand - is my SSD dieing?

My DCS is on a SSD... been having blue screens lately but only when I play DCS.

 

I downloaded Speccy and here is the analysis... does anyone know how to interpret?

Well it reports good all across the board I dont think the drive is the issue. run some CPU and GPU Stress test and monitor the temps..
