Braeden108
I do my start up as normal. Ground power, air, left engine crank, bump throttle Left engine starts. Right engine crank, bump throttle and nothing. It just spins and never starts. This is in a fresh aircraft If I switch aircraft I have the same issue even if I start with the right engine. Other people report the same issue. Light the tires kick the fires! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
fat creason
Yeah this is an extremely rare bug that even our testing team has encountered maybe once I think, in all the hours testing the cat. Seems like it only happens in MP and is related to damage state, despite it (supposedly) being reset every time you spawn. Only a game restart fixes it. DCS logs don't help, and I don't think track files would even provide insight to the cause. I basically need to get lucky and have it happen to me while I'm running in full debug mode while playing MP. Don't hold your breath. I found something similar to what you described that I can duplicate. Clearly there is something causing the aircraft state from previous sessions migrate to the next. Eagle7907
The thing is I can replicate the gear issue on demand. It’s not a rare bug. I’m thinking there is a problem, but no one really knows how or why at the moment. Or just that everyone is too busy fixing other problems.
