Default Is there a way to disable player input?

Hi guys,

is there a way to completely disable the user input in the cockpit?

Example: At the beginning of my mission, I want the player to listen to the instructor for a minute before taking control. During that period, I would like him not to able to do anything. Can it be done? (Thru the editor or scripting)

For some reason, I remember seeing it in a a training mission somewhere. But I can't for the love of god remember where.

Thanks

There must be a way given that so many canned training missions start in at least Active Pause If not fully Paused and then the “Instructor” unpauses for you after several Space Bar driven chunks of voice over and text.

True, i found out that what I was describing in my original post was in fact an active pause. Not exactly what I was looking for, but I guess that is is the only option.

it's in the trigger actions. Only applies to "player" slots.
