German warbird phosphor lights

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Just want to mention about German warbird panel lights,

The phosphor light can take a few minutes to dim as it would in real life, also it can be visible in dark shadows if it has been exposed to bright sunlight.

Some users had noticed lights were not turning off, but it is only due to a delay as the phosphor glow dims, usually about a minute or so.

thanks

It's not a bug, it's a feature! :D

I like this attention to detail!

Nowhere near realistic though.

If I had seen so intense radiation glow in the middle of the day, I would be seriously concerned about having kids in the future. Or, actually, living longer than a few months.

Besides, that's how the cockpit looks on the ramp after almost an hour (with time compression).

Doesn't look like it dims at all.

Not sure if they dim at all. I didn't wait time-compressed full hour like some1 did, but after 10 minutes of waiting in default Caucasus cold&dark missions for 109 and Dora, there was no dimming either. Cool feature but might need some tweaking still?
