Lenux
I recorded a video, last year ( DCS - F18 ) and there is a printscreen from this video When I play the video, it looks exactly like in the printscreen. When I play, for example, XP11, it's impossible to fly through the clouds. They look like they are burning ( i don't know how to describe ) Something is wrong and I can't figure it out who's the culprit : my display / GPU / driver / cable ? Lenux
Could you guy please, have a look at this video ? Recorded with the mobile phone. I'd recommend to watch it on some smaller display I have a problem and I don't know if it's the TV / GPU / nVidia software About 3 weeks ago, I replaced the Samsung UE55KS7500 ( after the warranty was gone, issues started ) with Q9FN 55 inches Color banding / Moire effect / posterization ? I just did a short test with the DCS ME menu ( video ) Is that normal ? I couldn't see this with any of my previous monitors / TV's Thank you https://gofile.io/?c=1JfOhs I9 12900k@ 5 GHz | 32 GB DDR4 | Asus ROG Strix Z690-A Gaming Wifi d4| RTX 3090 | 6 TB SSD + 8 TB HDD | 4K Samsung Q90R 55" | VKB MK III PRO L | Virpil Throttle MONGOOST-50 | MFG Crosswind | TrackIR5

71st_Mastiff
So, that's normal ? When I move the mouse cursor, i should see on the whole screen, all those waves??? depends on how they made that TV. could be an issue with the type of LCD screen? who knows that's why I don't use TV's they have less than desirable effects on some games. 20/20 refers to your sight distance, In 20/20 being the best. One Audio-enabled Port In a multi-display configuration where only one audio port is enabled, such as when one display is a DVI display, then the HDMI/DisplayPort display can provide the audio whether is it the primary or secondary display. Flat Panel Scaling Controls Not Functional for Some TV Modes in Some Displays The NVIDIA Control Panel flat panel scaling controls on the “Adjust Size & Position” page are not intended to be used for TV modes, and normally the controls are not available for TV or HDTV displays. However, Microsoft requires that certain TV/HDTV modes be available for all digital displays, including DVI and HDMI, even if they are not HDTV. While the NVIDIA flat panel scaling controls are available for those displays, they will not be functional for the TV modes that appear in compliance with the Microsoft requirements. The affected modes are as follows: 1920 × 1080i @ 50/59.94/60 Hz 1280 × 720p @ 50/59.94/60 Hz 720 × 480p @ 59.94/60 Hz 720 × 576p @ 50 Hz GPU Runs at a High Performance Level (full clock speeds) in Multi-display Modes This is a hardware limitation with desktop and older notebook GPUs, and not a software bug. corn322
When I move the mouse cursor... all those waves??? Looks like dynamic contrast keeping the backlight bright behind the mouse cursor. If that TV has a "game mode" try enabling that. If not, go through the menus and turn every "feature" off. Looking at the link you gave from Amazon, the following things: "Motion Picture Improvement" turn this off. "Picture Perfect Plus" OFF. "Dynamic Contrast Plus" OFF. Edited May 21, 2019 by corn322 Remove extra line breaks.

Lenux
I spent a lot of time searching for solutions, can't fix this First, I'm not sure if it's from nVidia - software, Samsung 4K TV, DCS World, Windows 10, etc The clouds / smoke / look so weird, on the edges. I attached here a picture. It looks exactly as I see it in game I can make a photo with the mobile phone, but I think, it doesen't matter Could anyone tell me, please, if this is color banding / posterisation / DCS World issue ?
