Is there a setting that helps reducing shimmering?

Playing in VR, Odyssey +, GTX 2080Ti

Shimmering is really bad, specially the trees in Normandy map.

Not sure if it´s any different in VR, but on my monitor there are 2 ways to greatly reduce the shimmering:

- MSAA: The more affordable option. I have it set to 4 and it´s helped a lot.

- SSAA: I can´t use it due to fps loss

Plus the AA options in the Nvidia software.

However, this will not get rid of the low LOD radius problem for trees.

Thanks it helped, but I find the performance in this map is terrible.

It is. Apparently the trees are a huge factor. Normandy doesn't have Speedtrees like the Caucasus and other maps (not sure about Nevada). ED have mentioned the map might get updated after the Syrian map is out so there you go. The only WW2 map we have for now is the worst map in the game.

Which makes me wonder why they sell Normandy for the same price (ok, a few $ less) as the other maps. It's way smaller, has terrible shimmering unless you bump up AA, and the performance sucks. The price should reflect this.
