leafer
The canopy opens from the rear. K, they going for an old-school, suicide door look. But no HUD? Are the info now fed directly to some kind of display device in the helmet? ED have been taking my money since 1995. :P
v1per
The HUD is electronically integrated into the helmet.
Mobius1
Here's the F-35 helmet. The HUD and external camera images are fed directly onto the visor: Looks like fun. Stupid thermals...
leafer
Cool. I can sit in that thing all day... wish our local AF base hadn't put out a restraining order on me. Curse them fools! ED have been taking my money since 1995. :P

mvsgas
I wonder how that glass cockpit will work if the aircraft had an in flight electrical power loss? I wonder if they are battery power in case of power loss? To whom it may concern, I am an idiot, unfortunately for the world, I have a internet connection and a fondness for beer....apologies for that. Thank you for you patience. Many people don't want the truth, they want constant reassurance that whatever misconception/fallacies they believe in are true..
