alfredo_laredo
Hi, Im building a mission in the Elbrus, and Im trying to add all the real camps in the South side of Elbrus. There is a big Observatory at 43°16'34.7"N 42°29'58.5"E So obviously the observatory its not there, but to my surprise theres an observatory 2nm from that place at N43,15.639 E 42,30.928 Circle Current position of Observatory Cross Where its supposed to be Also, about the tree lines, must of them are ok, big trees stop at around 10000 ft but all around the Elbrus we get small patches of trees well above what should be. even going up to 15000 fts Here is the record holder single tree in DCS and probably around the globe at 15,600 ft I know this is a little bit to much to ask for, but if you added the Observatory, why not put it were it supposed to be. As a Climber, Ill really appreciate any fixes in this issues. Thanks A.K.A. Timon -117th- in game

MikeMikeJuliet
I guess most people haven't even found said observatory, or knows where it actually should be. So there is literally nothing for anyone else to add to your post. Regards, MikeMikeJuliet DCS Finland | SF squadron
Shadoga
On many multiplayer servers/missions you currently get to fly over or near the main Caucasus ridge. I therefore often encounter the annoying unrealism of tall single trees or tree patches way above the real tree line/altitude, the highest rows of which should not feature anything else than some lower crawling needle wood. I'd like to support the request for more realistic optics when flying through/over higher terrain. A single tall tree with leaves up high on a mountain ridge looks just so wrong and out of this world.
