Codawa
Hello I use three monitors. It is a bit cumbersome that the cargo cam is located far right.:joystick: Is there a way to move the cargo cam?
Aviators
no L'importante non è stabilire se uno ha paura o meno, è saper convivere con la propria paura e non farsi condizionare dalla stessa. Ecco, il coraggio è questo, altrimenti non è più coraggio ma incoscienza.
gospadin
The control helper and autopilot position can be adjusted in the .lua. My guess is the cargo cam could be relocated as well. When I get home, I'll take a peek and see if I can whip up a quick mod for you. gospadin
Okay, this is untested, but should work. First, look in this file: Mods\aircraft\Mi-8MTV2\Cockpit\Scripts\CargoIndicator\CargoIndicator_page.lua and look for this line (on or around line 29): base.init_pos = {aspect-box_width, 1.0-box_height} The variable "aspect" is your screen width relative to height of 1.0, so "aspect - box_width" says that the left edge of the box, should be exactly a box width (0.25) from the right edge of the screen. Similarly, "1.0 - box_height" will indicate the top of the screen minus box height (0.25). If you want the cargo camera, say, at the bottom center of the screen, you could change this line to: base.init_pos = {(aspect-box_width)/2, 0} Play with those values, to get it where you want. Let me know if you have more questions. gospadin
FYI, if you want it on the right edge of the center monitor (and aligned to the top) in a 3-monitor setup, use something like: base.init_pos = {(aspect*2/3)-box_width, 1.0-box_height} My liveries, mods, and missions for DCS:World M-2000C English Cockpit | Extra Beacons Mod | Nav Kneeboard | Community A-4E
Chic
The method described in post #3 here https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=136046 works for me in single monitor. Not sure if it applies to trip monitor. Codawa
Thanks for your answers. Previously, I changed the position as in this thread but that does not work anymore. If I change the Monitor.lua does not appear in the settings. With the proposal of gospadin i can move a Part from the CargoCam. But i dont find a way to change the Position from the circles in this. On the screenshot from the rhigtside of the Monitors still is the small circle in the upper right corner. Maybe I find the right part to have everything in the same place :music_whistling:
ScopeDope
Just bumping this up to see if anyone has a fix. I can also get the green box to move, but not the whole cargo indicator. Would really like to be able to put this on my separate MFD monitor.

slicker55
My main display for DCS comprises of three 1920 x 1080 screens, physically positioned side-by-side, configured as a single screen (5760 x 1080) using AMD Eyefinity I also have a 1920 x 1080 touchscreen for Helios In DCS, my screen size is set to 7680 x 1080 By default, the Mi-8 Cargo Indicator appears in the top right-hand corner of the touchscreen. I would like to reposition the indicator so that it appears on the main display. I would like it to appear on right-hand side of the centre screen ideally a quarter of the way down from the top right-hand corner. I have tried suggestions in this and other similar posts, but none have provided a satisfactory result. Can anyone tell me how to move the green box and components within the green box? i7-5820K 3.30Ghz | Asus X99-S | Sapphire R290X | R7 240 | 16GB DDR4 PC4 2800MHz | Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD (OS) | Samsung 840 EVO 500GB SSD (DCS) | Noctua NH-D14 2011 Cooler | OCZ ZT 750W '80 Plus Bronze' Modular PSU | NZXT Phantom Enthusiast | 3 x IIyama Prolite E2473HDS 24" | 1 x Dell S2240T 21.5" Touch Screen | Windows 10 64-Bit | AMD Eyefinity 5760 x 1080 | TrackIR5 | TM Warthog HOTAS | MFG Crosswind 1771 | Vaicom Pro + VA (Licensed) | Sennheiser Game Zero | Honeycomb Yoke (June 2020)]
