Coyote Duster
Will it get a tail warning receiver like the stang? I'm reading a book called dogfights: greatest air duels of ww2 and they show a diagram of the d-25 with a lamp just like the mustang
DSR_T-800
Do you know what year the diagram was made? If it was on a D-25(summer of 1944) it was definitely retrofitted. IIRC the tail warning radar was issued with some P-47N block. From the latest photos of the P-47 which are from 2014, lol. There is no sign of a P-47 with a AN/APS-13. Fortunately there is a dorsal fin and a Hamilton propeller(3-5mph faster). It would be nice to see two different thunderbolts, one for ground attack and the other for the 78FG and 56FG. The 8 airforce ones would have the K-14 gunsights. http://www.duxfordradiosociety.org/restoration/equip/aps13/aps13.html P-51 Tail warning radar in 19th of March 1945. http://www.wwiiaircraftperformance.org/mustang/combat-reports/78-landers-19march45.jpg http://www.hawkertempest.se/index.php/contributions/stories/134-the-electronic-war-and-the-tempest Edited March 29, 2017 by DSR_T-800 http://i.imgur.com/LYvIQFB.gifv
Ala13_ManOWar
… From the latest photos of the P-47 which are from 2014, lol. … :shocking: :shocking: :shocking: :shocking: It's been a while since last news we had about P-47 3D, but that model render is so dodgy it looks like a completely different simulator. Most likely from a D-40... unless the K-14 and Tail warning radar are retrofitted. D-30+ instrument panel http://i.imgur.com/LYvIQFB.gifv
