Not everybody has all the modules...if a new guy buys only the F-18 for ex. and that is locked for the last 25% of the campaign, what he should do? fly the su-25 or the weaponless P-51?

Maybe one could instead focus on how they are deployed.

 

Random air patrols, possibly from other air bases than the one your mission is against. Not specifically placed in the mission area.

If nothing else they may give more RWR contacts to make decisions about, or they may actually come over to interfere.

 

Other ways of making them less predictable may also help.

Speaking of randomizing. Escort offsets. If you have two flights trying to escort the same plane, they'll try to occupy the same relative positions. Mid-air collisions are inevitable in that case.

do not know if this will be possible, but before generating the mission, in the mission menu, select the payload (Combobox) (modify the DB.py, PLANE_PAYLOAD_OVERRIDES.) The combobox list extract it from \ resources \ payloads \ Airplane selected from The mission). This is just an idea, I do not know if it could be implemented

With this update, is it still necessary to reload the mission again? My friend and have tried to run this campaign no less than 15 times and we still can't get it to work. You mentioned before you would create a video showing the multiplayer process. That would be very helpful.

Hello, would it be possible to compile all programming in phyton in an exe? (Using eg py2exe) This would make it easier for many users to use the program. Personally, I would put in Github the "open" version (without compiling) and the compiled one, and each user that decided. A greeting!!!!

We are a group of friends who use liberation campaign ver.1.4.5 but we can not do the campaign in multiplauer from the moment that we can not save the debriefing is not clear after being released on the slots and returned to the mission and close the server the debriefing only puts the positions and not the data of the mission with the various losses received and inflicted.

I have a question that I was not able to answer by trying or reading the manual: is there any possibility to start multiple operations or is it possible just to start a single operation (where player should play) ?

 

If I push "commit" for an operation without client slots allocated, the mission is generated anyway and I have no possibility to generate further operations, so I assume this is the only possibility (generate just single operations), but then what happens to all the other operations listed in the map ? Are those happening regardless ? And what about defending from enemy attacks ? If I don't commit to that operation but I commit to another one, will that enemy attack happen anyway and succeed or simply will not happen as I've committed to another operation ?

First , congratulations on this program!Amazing....but i need help. After complete a mission in multiplayer and leave the server or close the server...the file debriefing appears in the log folder.

But the log do not count our victories or looses....

Make sure that when you finish the mission you go back to select role screen then click change mission. Doesn't matter what mission you change to but you have to do it that way for it to correctly save the debriefing. If you leave or close the server without changing the mission first it won't give a full debriefing file.

Nice work. You may want to think about hiding all the opposite side activities in plan editor as it will add realism.

Hi, how could I miss this? This is so awesome!

 

But I have a few questions:

(I started at PG map as blue, so I have 2 carriers and one Airfield)

 

-How can I have the carrier group and the airfield flight to operate at the same mission? I can spawn my group from the carrier with strike package and escort, but I want the airfield strike group and escort to be part in the same mission?

 

-How can I command my wingman to attack a strike target? I tried everything, but he would never actually do an attack run. Comms are working.

 

Again, this is the best that happened to DCS for a long time, it should be included officially!

Problems...

 

Hi

I installed all as requested in the instructions.

I selected the PG, which shows me then possible missions.

However, when it comes to the generation of the campaign and you then choose the mission made in DCS, I have no option to select any of "my" planes at all.

I am not able to select any of the "blue" areas by clicking on it, no menues are popping up.

It only shows me to select the AWACS, none of my modules are showing up.

It further says that the main DCS 1.5 x is the version.

 

 

Can anyone please help me?

Hey bud, noticed a pretty big bug in Attacking Guadata to Sukhumi. I'm unable to add any tanks in BASE ATTACK mission. The mission just doesn't want to compile. We think its because its trying to spawn tanks in water (guadata is close to the shore).

Hi,

 

it's fantastic, but:

 

-in Caucasus: please make sure red side is using red planes only. No need for M2000 or F5 for the Russians in Caucasus

-Replace the C101s in the biginnig of the campaign with L-39 or even better, MiG-21s.

-Allow to set up flights from differend airport/boats to attack the same target (e.g. CAP flight from the Stennis and strike pack from Airbase)

Hi,

I have a problem on persian gulf theater. When i starting a mission, the ground units from enemy and from blue side is not deployed.

I started a forntline attack,waypoints are in hsi, but no units or enemy vehicles deployed.

im on openbeta latest build.

 

(can i update the loadout for the planes? because flir and mavD is still on the hornet9
