I will clamp landing gear and water switches to them, so as you can see the rotation screws things up. Or is it just that the set screws arent biting into the toggle enough to hold the levers from turning? I have the same issue with some of the 3D printed switch caps I made. Only way I found around it was to put up a gate on the sides of the switch and add some flats that fit inside to keep them from rotating. That or grind one side of the toggle switch flat or counter sink the shaft for the set screws to have a surface to grab hold of.
