Please fix it. It´s a MUST in VR devices.

Todays update has hit visuals and performance, tearing at the bottom of the screen (in VR)

I suggest you post this in the Hornet's Bug thread. This VR thread barely gets looked at by Devs/Mods unfortunately.

The issues are bigger than just no ASW. At least using Oculus Rift:

1. There is a lag when moving head sideways. You get a floating cockpit effect.

2 . Image in left and right eye desync when you move head sideways and you start to see double.

3. FPS is capped to 45 like ASW is working, but it clearly does not and...

4. switching between ASW/ATW modes (Ctrl-1 to Ctrl-4) does not do anything

Bascially Oculus VR in latest beta is broken.

Something's definitely changed. If I take the Rift HMD off (my head) I can no longer access the sim using the monitor, the game seems to pause / stop.

Same here, ASW can't work.

When 90 fps everything is ok but Under that there is no ASW.

Ctrl 1,2,3 and 4 works (you can see it in menu with FPS Indicator on), but as long as you are on the ground you are stuck at 45 asw off, whatever the ASW setting is.

I updated DCS + repair/cleanup, deleted fxo and metashaders2, deleted option.lua and updated nvidia drivers.

if from a flight I hit Esc. and quit to desktop, a crash occurs but no crashlog, only this DCS.txt.

I'm definitely also perceiving a downturn in rendering performance. Quick rolls leave double vision on the landscape port/starboard, and quick head movements lead to black zones. I'm also getting stutters I've never had before. A quick flight made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Definately needs fixing for Rift pilots - I won't be able to play if this goes to Stable/OpenBeta isn't fixed.

Oooh - my first post has to be a bug :-(

Similar issues here with OR.

ASW doesn't appear to be working.

Odd lag/overshoot when moving head.

On the positive side; the image seems to be clearer/sharper.

Same as I posted in the bugs thread on this topic...

Admittedly I didnt do the update before my first response. However after the update I loaded a mission and it worked fine for a few seconds then started the problems mentioned in the vr thread. I exited DCS and restarted the Oculus Process via the oculus debug tool and now its working fine. In fact it seems to be working better than before. Pre-patch I was never able to above 45 fps regardless of what ASW mode I tried. Now I can turn it off and fluctuate between 75-90 and turn it on for a solid 45. Time will tell if it starts having the problem again but for now it seems fixed.
