Please find detailed below a link that updates the units (both Air and Ground)available for both Iran and Iraq in the mission editor. The mod is for single players essentially as it will not pass IC. Now skins you will have to provide yourself. I do not have this map so its not tried and tested but that should not be an issue, as the core files should be the same regardless of location. You will have to use JSGME/OvGME to enable it and it is compatible with both options.
