But in spite contacting properly the ATC, none of the runways switched on the lights... not even after landing, and none of the Nevada airports, no matter if military or not. Mission time around midnight. I tried the date range from 15 to 19 th July 2011 crescent or full moon, I believe, the runways don't light up. As soon as I changed the date to 20 th July 2011, waning moon I believe, then the runways would go on as expected. ED please correct.
