Congratulations to Stuge and Razer for winning the 2v2 contest for the 3rd year in a row! what an amazing achievement!

We had very few no shows this year with attendance over 90% so we would like to thank all participants for their proficiency and sportsmanship.

I'd like to personally thank Mr Dutch-Baron as well as every TAW member who contributed to the success of this event. It's not an easy task to tackle a 32 player draw and finish it off under 3 hours! hats off for the amazing organisation.

SA-SIM.COM will of course process the official scoring of this event and I will post a heads up once it is released.

Hello everyone. First I want to thank the organization of this tournament, for taking it so perfectly. I never imagined that it would be so orderly, it is the first time I participate, and I will continue participating.

I would like to consult those who participated, if any of you used Oculus. Sometimes I get the impression that it is realistic to use them, but you lose sight with them. I will appreciate if someone can guide me to know if I should use my TrackIR and start practicing with them for future tournaments.

Thank you in advance and congratulations to Stuge and Razer

Definitely easier to keep visual with TIR vs VR HMD. Better resolution and longer visibility, plus you can check your 6 while barely rotating your head instead of having to fully turn around in your seat with VR.

No doubt that TIR is advantageous for this arena. Still, VR is a better experience. Gotta pick your poison.

Yeah!! I am agree, but in Tournament is a disadvantage, unless everyone use VR...

Thanks both Buckeye and Flankerator for comments.

I think it is all up to personal preference....

I use the Oculus and for me that is much easier to fly with compare to TrackIR. With TIR i always feel a bit off, however with VR i always seem to be much more there, and fly way better...

So, its a personal thing IMO.
